At Therapy First we view your relationship as an essential foundation for mental health. Couples therapy is not a luxury, nor is it unimportant or trivial. Research has shown that when relationships are in distress, couples’ therapy can not only improve your over wellbeing and satisfaction with life but can also be used to treat conditions such as depression and PTSD.
Therapy First provides pre-planning assistance to help prepare for when people are meeting with a NDIS care planner for the first time. A specialist assessment can help identify and determine goals and describe barriers people face in achieving these due to their disability or condition. Call us now to find out how we can help in the request for NDIS funding.
